About Kim
A natural born storyteller, my career as spin doctress and writer began when I was approximately six. I launched “Everyone Loves A Quitter,” a smoking cessation program targeted toward my parents, Lou and Wayne. The campaign included rallies, picket lines and “man on the street” testimonials that touted the benefits of a smoke free life. My efforts were wildly successful, decreasing the number of smokers in my family from 50 percent to 0 in a 12-month period.
I’ve been spinning and writing ever since. I graduated from Purdue University in May of 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a specialization in journalism and public relations. My love affair with storytelling and writing led me to a career in public relations that began in professional sports and evolved into tech and product PR.
A single thirtysomething, I live in San Jose and currently work as a public relationss consultant.
